Gran Turismo - Bespoked 2026
Designed to be a new model in our range : a light, fast French randonneur-style road bike, built for riders who want distance, comfort, and a bit of elegance — with a much shorter production time and a more accessible price than a fully custom build.
The name is drawn from the cars of the same era: Gran Turismo, built for traveling fast and in style.
The Gran Turismo takes its cues from the French randonneur tradition: 650b wheels, 38mm tires, low-trail fork geometry for stable handling when loaded, and small-diameter Columbus SL tubing for a supple, responsive ride. Fenders and racks are designed in from the start — front and rear rack inserts come standard, ready for a handlebar bag, and front and rear panniers.
One detail worth noting: the chainstays are lowered and offset at the bottom bracket, keeping the front derailleur clear even with small chainring combinations — a small adjustment that solves a common headache on classic randonneur builds.
The frame is built for mechanical transmissions (1x, 2x or 3x) and cantilever rim brakes, and finished with LaFraise's signature bilaminated head tube, in a two-color powder coat, done in-house.
Bespoke, not off-the-shelf, the Gran Turismo is offered to your measurements — length and height are tailored to the rider, while the riding-specific geometry stays fixed. Full geometry details are coming soon.
Framesets available from spring 2027. Full build options will also be available.
