Sebastien’s Monster Cross
Another one designed to take on the French Divide. We’ve done a few of these little monsters now (Columbus Max tubes, Rodeolabs Spork 3.0 fork, tire clearance up to 27.5x2.3”). They are so much fun to ride.
Never easy to get these chargers (Forumslader) into a carbon fork but we’re making it work. Wheels are Velocity Blunt SS on SON 28 and Hope Pro4 hubs.
Transmission is SRAM Force coupled with a GX crankset to take on any terrain. Lights by SON and Juin Tech R1 flat mount brakes. Ritchey Venturemax Classic handlebar and Thomson stem to finish it off.
Homemade shoulder strap to carry the bike if necessary across un ridable obstacles and an awesome paint job in caméléon matt (it actually shines like an aubergine in the sun) by M-Level.
